Ling was previously Head of Legal & Corporate Affairs for various companies listed in Bursa Malaysia and Singapore Exchange SGX. Ling graduated with a LL.B (Hons) Degree from the International Islamic University Malaysia in 2007. He was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya.
